This 3-hour workshop will cover the basics of how to be an effective citizen lobbyist in Alaska. While the focus is on affecting matters before the state Legislature, the same principles apply at the state and local level.  Understand the legislative process, become familiar with the tools for tracking legislation, and learn how to make your voice heard. Saturday, April 1, 9am – noon in the Conference room of the Terry Miller Legislative Building (above the Capitol).
